At Purple Peps, we aim to provide high-quality wellness education, consulting, and peptide support. Because of the nature of our products and services, certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. Please review the policy below before making a purchase or booking a service.

1. Peptide & Wellness Product Sales

For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, all peptide and wellness product sales are considered final.

  • We are unable to accept returns on opened or unopened peptides or wellness products.
  • Products that have left our control cannot be restocked or reused.
  • Please double-check your order before submitting payment.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or appears compromised upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and determine appropriate next steps.

2. Consultations & Services

Consultation fees reserve time on our schedule and are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens.

  • Consultations may typically be rescheduled with advance notice.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Any specific reschedule or cancellation windows will be outlined in your booking details.

If you believe there has been an error with your appointment or payment, please reach out so we can review it with you.

3. Digital Content, Programs & Downloads

Any digital products, such as courses, guides, or downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your content, please contact us and we will work with you to restore access or resolve the problem.

4. Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your name and order details
  • Photos of the packaging and product (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your situation and, when appropriate, discuss options such as a replacement or partial credit. Each case is evaluated individually.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of future access to services or products.
